Our Ethical Practices
Our dedication to ethical fair trade practices is unwavering, and we strive to eliminate the exploitation of workers or natural resources in the clothing manufacturing process. We strongly believe that happy workers produce superior quality clothing, as they are more motivated to perform well when working under fair employment conditions and in a safe, supportive work environment.
Factory & Working Conditions
We do not tolerate any forced labor practices at our factory. This means that workers are not coerced into working overtime against their will, and if they choose to do so, they are compensated with additional overtime pay. To ensure the safety and well-being of our workers, our manufacturing facilities are equipped with adequate lighting and sanitation facilities, and the working conditions and equipment are designed to prevent work-related injuries. Examples of our safety measures include the absence of exposed electrical wiring or sockets, ample space between workstations, and the provision of safety equipment such as steel-mesh, gloves, and facemasks.

Organic Practices
We collaborate with fabric mills that have obtained GOTS and OEKO-TEX 100 certifications. These certifications attest that the materials have been thoroughly tested and proven safe for human use. Furthermore, the fabric mills adhere to organic manufacturing practices to ensure that the materials are produced in an environmentally responsible manner.
