Once you have submitted your inquiry, we will review your project requirements and provide you detailed information about what we need from you.
Submit your design.
Upon receiving your submission, we will analyze the details and prepare a personalized price estimate for your project, which will be promptly sent to you.
Engage in product development
Don't have a technical details? Not to worry! We offer the service of creating a customized tech pack for you. The tech pack will include all the necessary technical information, details, and instructions that will be shared with the factories to manufacture your garments
Sourcing
Once you have approved the price estimate, we will request you to send us samples for fitting and sizing references. Simultaneously, we will initiate the sourcing process to locate appropriate fabrics and trims that align with your designs. We will provide you with a selection of options to choose from.
Preparing Samples
As the sourcing process progresses, our in-house design team will assist in finalizing the details of your project and creating tech packs for your designs. These tech packs will be shared with you for confirmation before we proceed with sample production. Please keep in mind that since everything is created from scratch, it typically requires two rounds of samples to ensure that all the details are accurately captured and prepared for bulk production.
Bulk Production
Once you are satisfied with the samples, we will initiate bulk production upon receiving your approved samples and the required down payment.
​Conduct quality checks and control.
Upon completion of the bulk production, our dedicated quality control team will carefully inspect the products to ensure there are no issues. Any necessary mending or corrections will be promptly addressed before the products are sent to the packaging department.
Packing & Shipping
We have arrived at the final stage! In this phase, we will assist you in managing the shipping paperwork and organizing the delivery of your products right to your doorstep. During this stage, the remaining balance and shipping fees will be due prior to the shipment of your products.
